Tomorrow on April 9th, 2025, the Czech Police will take part in the Speed Marathon 2025, an initiative by the European Roads Policing Network focused on enforcing speed limits and improving road safety.
Officers say, they will monitor traffic and measure vehicle speeds throughout the day in areas identified as high-risk based on traffic safety analyses and community input. They will monitor speed at key locations using radar, laser devices, and patrol cars with cameras.
