UPDATE: A traffic accident involving 3 passenger vehicles in Prague 9, Kbelská street (ramp onto Novopacká), has concluded. Earlier, Police were on scene, blocking traffic and causing queues. As of 18:20, vehicles were towed and traffic flow was restored.
