Firefighters respond to car fire near Všechromy

Firefighters from Central Bohemian Fire Rescue Service responded to a car fire near the village of Všechromy in the Prague-East district shortly after 1 p.m. on Friday. Professional firefighters from Říčany, assisted by a volunteer unit from Svojšovice, arrived at the scene to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames.

Crews deployed a single water jet to extinguish the fire. The blaze was brought under control within 15 minutes of the emergency call and fully extinguished about 30 minutes later.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are still under investigation.
