Traffic on the Prague Ring Road was completely halted on Wednesday evening following a collision involving multiple trucks near the Radotín Bridge in the direction of the D5 motorway.
Emergency services responded to the incident around 17:47, according to the Prague 16 City District. The crash occurred near the Zbraslav area, and all integrated rescue system units were deployed to the scene.
The Prague fire brigade later reported that three trucks were involved in the collision. One person was handed over to the care of the Prague Emergency Medical Services. Firefighters carried out fire prevention measures and contained operational fluids leaking from the vehicles.
As of publication, the cause of the crash remains under investigation. Authorities confirmed that traffic in the affected direction remains fully closed, and drivers are advised to seek alternative routes.
