Prague police are looking into a possible case of indecent conduct after a man allegedly tried to film under a teenage girl’s skirt on an escalator at the Náměstí Míru metro station.
The incident happened on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 29th. Police say, that a woman noticed a man standing behind a teenage girl and holding his phone in a suspicious way. Believing he was recording the girl from below, she stepped in front of him to block his view. She later made an official report to the authorities.
Investigators reviewed surveillance footage and are now trying to identify both the man and the alleged teenage victim. They are urging the man to come forward and explain what happened. They are also asking the girl — who may recognize herself by her clothing — to contact them as a potential victim.
