Man wanted after violent attack in Lucerna Passage

Police are searching for a man who seriously injured another person during an attack outside a music club in central Prague last month.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on September 20 in the Lucerna Passage on Vodičkova Street, Prague 1. According to police, the suspect struck the victim several times in the face and kicked him in the chest before leaving the scene with another unidentified man. The assault caused severe injuries that required surgery, as the victim suffered a fractured lower jaw.

Investigators have reviewed security footage from the area and are appealing to the public for help identifying the suspect, described as a light-skinned man about 30 years old, roughly 185 centimeters tall, with very short blond hair. Anyone who recognizes him or his companion is asked to contact the emergency line 158.

If caught and convicted, the man faces up to three years in prison for causing bodily harm.
