Criminal investigators are examining a violent incident that occurred around noon on Thursday in Soukenická Street in Prague’s city center. According to police, an altercation between a man and a woman inside an apartment ended with the woman sustaining a stab wound.
The suspect fled the scene and remains at large. Police warned that the man may be armed and dangerous. Officers have urged anyone who encounters him to avoid approaching and instead call the emergency line 158.
Authorities have not released further details about the motive or the condition of the injured woman. The investigation is ongoing.
